We currently ship to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. We currently ship to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only. Shipping to Northern Ireland is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales): £5.95 below £60; free shipping from £60.
  • Hong Kong: HK$35 below HK$400; free shipping from HK$400.
  • Singapore: S$9.90 below S$120; free shipping from S$120.
  • Malaysia: RM109 below RM390; free shipping from RM390.

The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment.

Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing times.

Delivery Time

Hong Kong: Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Great Britain: Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Singapore & Malaysia: Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs clearance.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs, local carriers, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

Taxes and duties may vary depending on your destination.

Any taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Additional import duties or charges not collected by KINDAMATO may be payable by the recipient where applicable.

Singapore & Malaysia — Taxes and Customs

KINDAMATO currently does not collect local GST or sales tax at checkout for orders shipped to Singapore or Malaysia.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or carrier handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges, if any, are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Delivery Problems

If your parcel appears to be lost, damaged in transit, or there is another delivery problem, please contact us through our Contact Form with your order number.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where applicable.
